Duminica seara, la Arena Verde Stop din Bucuresti, dupa concertul trupei Urma, a avut loc Gala de Inchidere a Festivalului International de Film Independent ANONIMUL, in cadrul careia au fost premiate cele mai bune filme, conform voturilor exprimate de public pe parcursul celor sase filme de Festival.
Wedding Cake regizat de Viola Baie a primit premiul pentru cel mai bun scurtmetraj de animatie la Festivalul International de Film Independent ANONIMUL.
„Two marzipan figures come to life on top of a wedding cake and start to sculpt the perfect marriage out of cake icing. And success! Everything seems sweet and perfect: they try to please each other and make each other happy. But discontent soon sours the atmosphere. At first, they manage to find compromises, but the more insignificant the disputes get, the less they are willing to compromise until nobody is willing to give in anymore.
Wedding Cake is a film that shows the bitter-sweet way in which every day routine, lack of effort and disappearing interest for the partner can affect relationships.”
