A beautiful new animated short film Sore Eyes for Infinity by talented Finnish animation director Elli Vuorinen: crowdfundng campaign at Indiegogo by Pyjama Films animation studio.
Finnish animation studio Pyjama Films is launching a crowdfunding campaign for Elli Vuorinen’s animated short Sore Eyes For Infinity. The campaign will be carried out 19th of November till 18th of December 2015 on two crowdfunding platforms, international IndieGoGo and Finnish Mesenaatti.me. The studio’s goal is to raise a total of EUR 13,500, covering 10 per cent of the film’s entire budget. The sum will allow the studio to hire an animator for three months, contributing significantly to the completion of the film. Campaign video and site at Indiegogo.
Elli Vuorinen graduated from the acclaimed animation program of the Turku Arts Academy in 2011. She has directed three short animations that have been shown at more than hundred international film festivals and awarded with numerous international prizes. In addition, the film’s team includes many talented and award-winning animation professionals, such as animator Kari Pieskä (awarded at Tampere Film Festival and Hiroshima Animation Festival, among others), illustrator and animator Sanni Lahtinen (Best film award at the Istanbul Animation Festival) and sound designer Jani Lehto (awarded at Fantoche IAFF festival in Switzerland and the Flip Animation festival in England).
