As you know the MEDIA programme actively supports the training of professionals from new member countries (Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czeck Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia).
To this end, CARTOON encourages applications for scholarships to its CARTOON MASTERS. The next Cartoon 360 will be held in Munich (Germany) from 25th to 27th March 2014.
CARTOON will cover hotel (3 nights from 25th to 28th March) and meals, and refund up to a maximum of 250 EUR for transportation expenses.
